July 4th Festivities
RNA’s July 4th festivities will include the promenade around the park, a watermelon feast and the water balloon toss. Many Rosedale neighbors will be out of town and there were not enough volunteers to staff all of the carnival activities, so the carnival will be canceled.

After a lengthy initial public hearing, ZAP decided continue the public hearing on July 5th, the next posted meeting of ZAP. On that day ZAP will postpone the public hearing until the July 14th ZAP meeting.
