The minutes for the Rosedale Neighborhood Association meeting on March 23rd have been posted. Highlights include: A couple of special guests from Austin’s code enforcement department; Reports on the It’s My Park Day and the ribbon cutting ceremony held for all the work on Ramsey Park; A variance request for a unique home/lot in the neighborhood; New moderators for the listserv; The temporary closure of one block of 39th Street; A flood mitigation resolution from the ANC; and an upcoming meeting to be hosted by Milestone to introduce an initial master plan concept for the previous state land at 45th and Bull Creek.
