The minutes for the June 2014 meeting of the Rosedale Neighborhood Association have been posted. Topics discussed at this month’s meeting included projects the city has going on about 1) rules regarding “Granny Flats” (Accessory Dwelling Units), 2) CodeNEXT, and 3) Neighborhood planning; The State’s potential sale of the property at Bull Creek and 45th; The development going on at 38th and Lamar; The Rosedale 4th of July Carnival; and the Ramsey Park renovations project.
