There will be a meeting of the Rosedale Neighborhood Association on Monday, June 23th, 2014. The meeting starts at 6:45 p.m. and typically is over by around 8:00. The meeting is held at the Yarborough Branch of the Austin Public Library. All are welcome to come! The agenda is below.
1. Discussion of several matters affecting zoning, city planning, and Rosedale area development, including:
Ongoing efforts at city hall to ease the restrictions on ADU’s (accessory dwelling units or “granny flats”).
The city’s upcoming Neighborhood Planning process for the Rosedale area.
CodeNEXT- the land development code (zoning) re-write being considered by the city.
The redevelopment of the former LAMAR Village shopping center at 38th and Lamar (to be rebranded as Lamar Central). See http://www.LamarCentral.com

2. A status report on the Ramsey Park renovation project.
