Rosedale July 4th Carnival: help needed; plan your day

july4Make plans now to join your neighbors at the biggest Rosedale event of the year: the July 4th Carnival in (and around) Ramsey Park. The schedule for the event is below. Given the event’s size and scope, donations and volunteers are crucial. To donate baked goods and sliced watermelon, please contact Felicia Adams at Volunteers are needed to help with carnival games, set up and clean up.

Volunteers can sign up for either (or both) of two 45 minute shifts: 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. and/or 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Please contact carnival chair Mindy Marble at or call 512-709-1407 to sign up.

And, if you are wanting to donate to the Ramsey Park Fund, there will be a booth set up (with plenty of yard signs available) for your tax-deductible donating pleasure! It will be fun to celebrate in the park together with some of the renovations already complete!
